The local car dealership have backed the Heathens for a number of years and stepped up their involvement in 2015.

The club will now enter their fourth season as the Motor Market Heathens – and owner Dean Bridge is delighted to keep supporting his boyhood club heading into the National Trophy.

Said Bridge: “As far as we’re concerned, there wasn’t too much of a question about continuing. I think we’ve been sponsors for five years now and we’re pleased for it to continue.

“It is a commercial thing, but at the end of the day we’re fans just like anybody else and we want to do everything we can to support the club.

“We’re massive Heathens fans and we just want to see them win trophies and be successful like any other supporters.”

Director Nigel Pearson added: “Obviously it’s been a difficult winter for us, but we’re delighted to have the continued support of Motor Market and our other sponsors.

“It wouldn’t be possible to keep the Heathens on track without the support of local businesses, and we’re happy to have Dean and his team on board once again.”
