DUDLEY stormed to their biggest win of the season as they crushed Stoke 66-28 at Monmore Green.

A powerful performance from the determined Heathens ensured they maintained their perfect National League record in emphatic style and stayed top of the table.

And team boss Will Pottinger was in a jubilant mood after a sensational all-round team display.

Said Pottinger: "I can't fault anyone's performances tonight - all the lads pulled together to cover Ash (Morris) and it was an excellent night.

"Lewis Blackbird and Paul Starke were superb, Max (Clegg) came back like he had never been away and it was great to see Dan (Greenwood) back on form as well.

"We're delighted with a convincing win and another three points on the board to move further ahead at the top of the table."

New No.1 Lewis Blackbird flew to an effortless 18 point maximum to lead the former-Cradley club, whilst Paul Starke also dropped just one point with a classy showing.

Nathan Greaves also put in a promising display at reserve to complete a superb all-around performance which ensured they covered the absence of skipper Ashley Morris through injury.
